London | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
We are supporting a global financial institution in the appointment of a Head of End User Technology to lead the transformation of its Digital Workplace and End User Computing (EUC) strategy.
This is a senior leadership role focused on moving from a legacy desktop environment to a modern, cloud-first and AI-enabled workplace. You will shape the future workplace strategy, improve employee experience and drive adoption of modern technologies across a global organisation.
The Role
You will own the Digital Workplace strategy and transformation agenda, covering:
- Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
- Windows 11 / Windows 365.
- Intune and endpoint management.
- Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Employee digital experience.
- Automation, AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering the Digital Workplace roadmap.
- Modernising legacy workplace environments.
- Improving productivity, security and user experience.
- Partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Leading teams, vendors and strategic technology initiatives.
About You
We are looking for an established Director-level Digital Workplace / EUC leader with experience transforming enterprise workplace environments.
You will have:
- Proven leadership experience across Digital Workplace or EUC.
- Delivered large-scale workplace transformation programmes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across global or multi-region environments.
Technical Experience
- Microsoft 365.
- Windows 11 / Windows 365.
- Citrix.
- Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Senior leadership role with approximately 5 direct reports.
- Reports into the senior technology leadership team.
- Candidates must already be operating at Director level.
- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the London office.
