I’m working on behalf of a leading global investment bank to appoint an Associate into its high-performing Energy M&A team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established franchise with strong deal flow across the energy sector, working on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The role offers significant exposure to live M&A mandates, financial modelling, valuation, client interaction and execution alongside a highly regarded senior team.
Qualifications
- Investment Banking M&A experience at Associate level.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Experience executing live transactions.
- An interest in the energy sector.
We would also be happy to speak with candidates from a Project Finance background who have strong reserve-based modelling experience and are looking to transition into an M&A environment.
