Wise is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner Leader to head the FP&A oversight of Core Functions in London. You will mentor two Senior FBPs and an Analyst, driving financial planning, cost control, and strategic insights across Finance, Legal, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and People.
You will partner with the CPO and leadership teams to optimise workforce costs, lead global headcount governance, and push automation for scalable reporting.
