We’re looking for a Senior AI Workflow Engineer to join our ever evolving Risk & Compliance team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Architecture (Design Authority)
- Decompose complex processes into AI-first workflows
- Design human–agent interaction models, decision logic, and escalation paths
- Translate regulatory, operational, and risk requirements into build‑ready specifications
- Produce and maintain workflow artefacts (process maps, agent interaction models, blueprints)
- Agentic Engineering (End-to-End Delivery)
- Build, test, and deploy production‑grade AI workflows using approved orchestration platforms
- Implement multi‑agent coordination, tool integration, and context management
- Integrate workflows into enterprise systems via APIs, MCP/A2A patterns, or equivalent
- Ensure all solutions are observable, measurable, and production‑ready (tracing, evaluation, monitoring)
- Adoption & Domain Transformation (Value Realisation)
- Drive real adoption of AI workflows within the domain (not just deployment)
- Lead process discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks (trust gaps, workarounds, capability gaps)
- Deliver capability transfer and enable domain teams to operate AI‑enabled workflows
- Risk, Control & Governance (Non‑Negotiable)
- Embed guardrails, auditability, and control logic into every workflow design
- Own the domain’s contribution to AI Model & Risk Review (performance, drift, exceptions)
- Ensure compliance with AI governance standards: explainability, traceability, escalation protocols
- Proactively surface control gaps – before formal gating
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Proven experience building AI‑powered workflows in production environments
- Hands‑on expertise with agentic AI frameworks or orchestration platforms (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP‑based systems)
- Strong Python and experience with:
- LLM integration
- Prompt engineering
- Tool/function calling
- Context and memory management
- Ability to translate business processes into technical system designs
- Experience driving technology adoption within a business domain
- Working knowledge of:
- AI observability
- Model evaluation
- Guardrails and control design
- Domain expertise: risk, fraud, AML, credit, compliance, or financial operations
- Experience with:
- Enterprise integrations (APIs, MCP/A2A)
- Knowledge graphs or vector‑based retrieval systems
- Regulatory AI frameworks (e.g., SR 11‑7, EU AI Act)
- Experience contributing to shared AI platforms or reusable component libraries
