Interim Group Finance Director: Transform & Stabilize Finance

Stanton House is seeking an Interim Group Finance Director to lead a high-profile finance transformation from Reading, with hybrid working (3 days onsite). This fixed-term contract (6-12 months) will partner with the Group FD and senior leadership to stabilise reporting, controls and the operating model.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications and extensive experience in multi-entity organisations, with a track record of delivering improvements in financial reporting and governance.
