Role Summary We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer / Commercial Director with international experience delivering Human Capital Management solutions. This board‑level role involves leading a team of around 100 people, with the Sales Director and Marketing Director reporting to you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic leadership to develop objectives to increase revenue, profitability and generate business growth.
- Lead development of the company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth.
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimises a clear path to growth.
- Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop commercially attractive products accompanied with a best‑in‑class go‑to‑market strategy.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working at a director or chief officer level is required.
