Principal Full-Stack Engineer – AI-First Platform

La Fosse in Liverpool is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the rebuild of a core platform on a modern Node.js stack. You will shape architecture, set standards, and work closely with product and leadership. A small, senior team will look to you for ownership and guidance.

In this role you will stay hands-on while mentoring engineers, build backend services and data pipelines, and embed AI tooling into everyday development workflows. You will spend two days weekly in the office.
