AECOM is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer at senior/director level to lead the Structural Engineering practice across the UK & Ireland. You will shape strategy, inspire teams across locations, and ensure design excellence and technical quality on major infra, defence, healthcare, and commercial projects.

You will drive business development, manage P&L, oversee multi-disciplinary work, and foster a diverse, inclusive studio culture while advancing accreditation and CPD pathways.
