About Bolt

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19‑year‑old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. From ride‑hailing and food delivery to scooters, e‑bikes, and car‑sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding. And we’re just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you’ll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
  • Join one of Europe’s leading technology companies, backed by world‑class investors including Sequoia.

About The Role

You’ll take the lead on regional Driver Domain KPIs, owning performance end‑to‑end and driving markets to hit ambitious OKRs. Acting as the critical link between local and central teams, you’ll cut through blockers, create alignment and keep execution moving at pace. This role is built for someone who thrives on accountability, loves bringing teams together, and is motivated by delivering meaningful results at scale.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Drive execution excellence of central Driver Ops programs across the region, ensuring initiatives in acquisition, engagement, loyalty, quality, funnel management, and community engagement are implemented effectively and achieve defined targets.
  • Translate global strategies into clear regional plans, defining ownership, timelines, success metrics, and governance structures to ensure consistent execution across all markets.
  • Own regional Driver Domain KPIs and OKRs, rigorously track performance, root‑cause underperformance, and drive corrective actions to ensure delivery against acquisition, activation, quality, and engagement goals.
  • Act as the key interface between central and local teams, cascading priorities and frameworks while providing structured feedback on market insights, regulatory risks, and operational constraints to influence global program design.
  • Lead prioritisation and governance across the region, resolving trade‑offs with GMs and central teams to focus resources on highest‑ROI initiatives aligned with global objectives.
  • Build regional capability and knowledge sharing, upskilling local Driver Ops teams, driving adoption of tools and playbooks, and fostering cross‑market learning to scale best practices and improvements.

About You

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, or category ownership with regional or multi‑country scope, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong expertise in operations or supply‑side marketplace management, including acquisition, quality improvement, engagement, loyalty, and supply flywheel acceleration.
  • Proven ability to execute global programs at scale, translating strategy into structured action plans with clear accountability and measurable results.
  • Highly analytical and commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, incentives, ROI trade‑offs, and performance dashboards to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience aligning senior leaders, central teams, and local market operators around shared objectives.
  • High ownership and execution drive, comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting structure where needed, and ensuring initiatives stay on track in fast‑moving environments.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1‑month paid sabbatical to recharge.
  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
  • Balance flexibility and in‑person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in‑office days.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role. At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there’s a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You’re still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
