Senior Leveraged Finance Lawyer — Remote/Hybrid

Axiom Technology Inc. is seeking Leveraged Finance Lawyers to work with a diverse range of clients across financial services, private equity, investment and corporate sectors, handling complex leveraged finance, acquisition finance, private credit and sponsor-backed lending.

You will draft and negotiate LMA facility agreements and related documents, advise on cross-border financing, and collaborate with deal teams to support domestic and international transactions in a fast-paced environment.
