Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client business teams to elicit project requirements, translate needs into technical design, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Design comprehensive AI solutions, including architecture, model selection, data requirements, and integration with modern standards such as the Model Context Protocol.
  • Architect generative and agentic AI systems, selecting appropriate frameworks, RAG strategies, and MCP‑based integrations, and defining safety, reliability, and scalability patterns.
  • Define measurable metrics with clients and evaluate solution performance against them.
  • Guide internal teams and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and integrate solutions.
  • Monitor deployed AI models, recommend improvements and maintain performance.
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in generative and agentic AI, including LLMs, RAG, autonomous and multi‑agent systems.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol and interoperability standards.
  • Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows with memory, state management, and reliable execution, using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
