About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Generative AI Consultant to drive the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client business teams to elicit project requirements, translate needs into technical design, and ensure successful delivery.
- Design comprehensive AI solutions, including architecture, model selection, data requirements, and integration with modern standards such as the Model Context Protocol.
- Architect generative and agentic AI systems, selecting appropriate frameworks, RAG strategies, and MCP‑based integrations, and defining safety, reliability, and scalability patterns.
- Define measurable metrics with clients and evaluate solution performance against them.
- Guide internal teams and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and integrate solutions.
- Monitor deployed AI models, recommend improvements and maintain performance.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in generative and agentic AI, including LLMs, RAG, autonomous and multi‑agent systems.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol and interoperability standards.
- Hands‑on experience building agentic workflows with memory, state management, and reliable execution, using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Proven ability to design RAG and knowledge‑grounded systems, with knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.) and hybrid search techniques.
- Experience in designing end‑to‑end AI solutions—from requirement elicitation to deployment strategy—optimizing cost, latency, and governance.
- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, CI/CD, observability, and guardrails.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, adaptability, customer orientation, teamwork, and integrity.
Preferred Skills
- Domain knowledge in sectors such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
- Basic project management experience.
