Strategic Leader – Highways & Traffic Engineering (Hybrid)

Randstad CPE London seeks a Head of Profession Highways & Traffic to provide strategic leadership for London’s highway and traffic systems. You will set engineering standards, develop policy, and ensure safe, compliant operations across complex assets in a major capital city.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, influence internal and external stakeholders, and shape delivery of the Mayor’s Transport Strategy with a focus on safety, carbon reduction and innovation in asset management.
