VP Legal: Data Privacy & Commercial Contracts – Hybrid Role

Mizuho is seeking a commercially minded lawyer with data privacy expertise to support the UK/EMEA business from London. The role covers UK GDPR, data protection and cross‑border transfers, plus drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology contracts.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with DPOs, and drive policy, training and governance across the region. Hybrid working and a competitive package are offered.
