You’ll create impact for our future by owning projects and shaping the business strategy to reach shared goals, all within our enhanced international community of collaborative and passionate teams.The Revenue Management team is responsible for maximising final margin and driving sustainable growth by strategically managing key commercial levers, including pricing, payment plans, and cancellation terms.Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Revenue Management, you will develop and implement data-led strategies that balance growth and profitability across trillions of potential package combinations. You will also help develop highly scalable revenue management capabilities to drive long-term commercial success. n Driving actionable insight from internal performance trends across key metrics (including Margin Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and Trading Margin), diagnosing underlying drivers. n Collaborating with other commercial teams to identify and influence broader trading opportunities, such as merchandising. n Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to architect and build best-in-class, configurable pricing and packaging systems. n Communicating performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.n Highly numerate with strong commercial and financial acumen. n Strong analytical skills with experience in data modelling and presenting complex analysis to support recommendations. n Knowledge of travel industry offerings, pricing approaches, and commercial strategies. n Data visualisation (Looker)nn SQL (our stack is based around BigQuery)nn Coding (Python, Github)n 2nd stage with key stakeholders including a task to present, in office nn Final stage with Chief Data Officer – 30 minsn Company pension contributions at 5%. n Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up. n Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends. n 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum. n Ability to buy and sell annual leave. n Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers.Each individual offers unique perspectives and ideas that increase the diversity and effectiveness of our teams….
