Trainee or Qualified Pharmacy Assistant

Position Overview

Working alongside our knowledgeable Pharmacists and store teams, you will help deliver pharmacy processes efficiently to ensure our customers receive excellent care. The role requires a high level of competence to safely dispense medication and serve as an expert resource for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient pharmacy processes and ensure safe dispensing of medication.
• Act as the expert resource customers can rely on for pharmacy advice.
• Build relationships with customers and meet their unique healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with Pharmacists and store teams to maintain quality service.

Qualifications

• Either a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant or a Qualified Pharmacy Assistant.
• For the Qualified Pharmacy Assistant role, must hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification.
• Friendly, organised, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
