Lead SEND & Inclusion as Secondary SENDCO (Sept 2026)

Blue Skies Education Ltd. is supporting a Redbridge secondary school in recruiting a SENDCo for a September 2026 start. The role leads SEND provision across the school, coordinating support for EHCPs, and working with staff to promote inclusive practice.

The post requires QTS and NASENCO or progression toward it, with proven experience of SEND within a secondary setting and strong leadership and communication skills.
