The Esland Group Ltd invites applications for a Senior Children’s Residential Care Worker at Dove Cottage in Sandy. This permanent full-time role delivers crisis intervention and trauma-informed residential care for children, with engaging activities and care plans tailored to each child.

You will join a 3‑bedroom home, work 173 hours per month (8am–11pm shifts with sleep nights) and benefit from induction training, progression routes, and a range of staff perks.
