Medacs Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist (Band 7) to join an NHS hospital in West Middlesex Hospital on a locum basis. You will support safe and effective medicines management and patient care across wards. The role requires NHS ward experience, GPhC registration, and MPharm qualification, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience and 6 months NHS in the last 3 years.
