Exemplar Health Care in Telford invites you to join Woodside Place as a Health Care Assistant on the Twilight shift. You will support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives in a purpose-built home, with a friendly team and opportunities to learn and progress.

No two days are the same; responsibilities include personal care, meals, health needs, social activities and maintaining care records. Training and ongoing support are provided; sponsorship is not offered.
