Job Description:
Academics in Reading is seeking a focused Behaviour Support Worker to assist children aged 4-16 with behavioural challenges at a specialist school. The role is full-time, starting ASAP, and pays £90-£105 per day, with working hours 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will join a supportive pastoral and therapeutic team, promoting emotional regulation, implementing behaviour plans, and fostering strong relationships with pupils and staff to help young people thrive.
