SEN Support Assistant – Psychology Graduate

Aspire People is seeking Psychology graduates to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Lincoln. No vast experience required, just patience, a calm mindset, and a genuine interest in SEN. Roles start right away or for September 2026.

You will be working with pupils with ASD, SEMH or PMLD, providing 1:1 support and small group interventions, while collaborating with teaching staff to maintain a structured, supportive environment.
