Join our team in Berelands as a Care Assistant for 22 hours per week (night shifts). You will be at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and promote a positive mealtime experience to enhance nutrition and hydration.
- Provide one‑to‑one care and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
- Support meaningful connections and create 1:1 activities.
- Participate in person‑centred activities and support the delivery of each individual care plan.
- Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.
- Communicate effectively and work well as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the care sector (beneficial).
- SVQ2 qualification (beneficial but not essential).
- Full training provided for successful applicants.
- Effective communicator and ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
