Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join the Acute Frailty Hub within the Intermediate Tier Service Division. Under the direction of the Sister/Charge Nurse you will help ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients.
You will provide personal care under supervision, assist with infection control, and support a multidisciplinary team. Training will be provided; completed the National Care Certificate is preferred.
