Senior Patient Care Coordinator – Endovascular Team

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is seeking a Lead Patient Care Coordinator in Windsor, CO to lead patient care coordination across scheduling, referrals, authorizations, intake and follow-up for a high-volume endovascular practice.

You will be the primary contact for patients, families, referring offices, physicians, and staff, coordinating consultations and follow-up to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient flow.
