Job Title: Care Assistant – Days

Salary: £13.31ph plus incentives

Hours: Full Time Permanent Contract (7am – 7pm, 3‑4 shifts per week to include alternate weekends)

Location: Walkeringham, DN10 4LD

Role Responsibilities

• Provide the highest possible level of care, supporting residents with personal care and daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
• Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, achieving at least 90% accuracy during Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
• Maintain 100% completion of all mandatory training throughout the year.

Role Requirements

• Clear motivation and/or relevant experience.
• Residing within 30 minutes of the care home.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Showing a caring and nurturing attitude.
• Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
