Senior Care Field Supervisor – In-Home Support Leadership

Civicare Beds, Herts & Bucks Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Worker with field supervision responsibilities to support clients at home. You will work closely with the office team to ensure high standards of care and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates will have a caring disposition, reliability, and a willingness to pursue a Health and Social Care Diploma Level 2 within two years. A valid car driver’s license is preferred to enable travel across the service area.
