Description

This is an opportunity for a fluent Swedish speaker to join a progressive software house’s growing support function as a Graduate Telephone Support analyst. Full product training and ongoing career progression opportunities are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with external customers via telephone, providing software and application support.
• Resolve queries and issues to a high level of customer service.
• Work within a shift schedule, including occasional weekends, but not nights.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and engagement abilities.
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
