Complex Care Assistant – Tracheostomy & Ventilator Support

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support an adult with complex care needs in a home or residential setting. This role offers an opportunity to learn new skills and build meaningful care relationships with a dedicated team.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with shifts typically 7‑7. Full‑time or part‑time contracts are available. Training and ongoing support from our Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager are provided.
