Occupational Therapist – Bank

We are looking for Occupational Therapists to join our bank at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. Your caseload will be varied, allowing experience across acute and community sites, including Trauma & Orthopaedics, Neurology, Older Adults Rehabilitation, Acute Medicine, Children’s Services, Oncology, Community Rehabilitation, and Admissions Avoidance. You will be supported and developed by experienced senior staff. You may be required to work on a rota basis for weekend, bank holiday, and extended hours cover.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the Junior rotation scheme, working across the Trust in a range of wards and settings (medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, community rehabilitation & admission avoidance, children, oncology).
• Provide Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to patients in each rotation area and in out‑of‑hours services.
• Maintain close working relationships with other health professionals and referrers to ensure effective service delivery.
