Impactful Primary SEN Support Assistant

Just Teachers Ltd in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a compassionate SEN Support Staff member to join our primary department starting September 2026. You will support pupils with additional needs, contributing to their learning and development in a nurturing environment.

The role involves working closely with teachers, therapists and parents to promote pupil progress, maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom, and monitoring progress with reporting to SEN coordinators.
