What You’ll Do
- Dispensing of medication to patients
- Over-the-counter sales of non-prescription medication
- Check and monitor prescription slips
- Health & safety responsibility
- Rotation of stock
- Use of Patient Record Systems and use of smart card
- Data entry relating to medication
- Labelling and dispensing
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Working within a team environment
- Liaison with doctors, surgery and health professionals
- Completion of apprenticeship work on time
- Training Outcome: Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
- A potentially permanent position within the organisation

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday-Sunday. Weekend working on a rota (you will get days off during week if working weekend). On one or two days you will be working until 9.00pm. Shifts to be decided on interview. Please ensure you can get home from pharmacy at this time.
