Youth Residential Care Worker: Shift Work & Sleep-in Pay

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker to support young people aged 11–17 in our East Lancashire homes in Padiham, Burnley and Clitheroe.

You will work on a rota including days, evenings, weekends and sleep‑in shifts, perform basic household tasks, and provide 1:1 support, listening to feelings and behaviours while coordinating with social workers, schools, police and health professionals to meet individual needs.
