Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Care Worker (Children’s Home)

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Therapeutic Support Worker for a Children’s Residential Home in Norfolk. You will help children heal from trauma in a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment, building trust and supporting daily routines.

You will work with therapists, education staff and external professionals to support emotional, social, and developmental needs, while helping children build positive relationships and life skills.
