Advanced Primary Care Pharmacist — Lead & Develop

NHS Scotland is seeking an advanced pharmacist to lead a dedicated team delivering pharmaceutical care in Primary Care within Forth Valley. You will oversee service delivery at cluster level and actively train staff, contributing to a respected Pharmacotherapy Service.

You will work autonomously, participate in service development, liaise with hospital and community colleagues, and support colleagues’ CPD; travel across the area is essential.
