Community Link & Mental Health Advocate (London)

Waythrough is seeking a Community Link Worker in London to provide information, guidance and direct support to people referred from police custody, courts and prisons. The role includes office-based work and outreach, including police stations and custody suites, with weekend and evening availability.

The successful candidate will work in a Liaison and Diversion team, building trauma-informed, client-centred relationships and collaborating with health, social care and criminal justice partners.
