Senior Youth Support Lead – Trauma-Informed Care

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Supported Accommodation in Stroud. You will lead shifts, promote safety, and support care leavers and young people aged 16–25 to build life skills. The role requires safeguarding expertise, trauma-informed practice and strong documentation.

You will supervise staff, work with social workers and partner agencies, and deputise for managers while contributing to quality improvement and service development.
