Duties include booking customers in for eye tests, pre‑screening, recommending suitable frames. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great customer service and would like to pursue a career in optics.

What You’ll Do
- Provide customers with top‑notch advice and a warm welcome to the store.
- Book eye tests.
- Pre‑screen patients and measure frames.
- Ensure smooth operation by looking out for any issues that crop up.
Training Outcome
Once you have completed the apprenticeship, you will be a fully qualified Level3 Optical Assistant with a massive range of career options ahead of you.
