Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Healthcare Support Worker to join Templer Ward on a permanent full-time contract. You will provide compassionate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting rehabilitation and safe discharge.
You will need GCSEs in English and Maths, an NVQ3 or equivalent, and a Care Certificate. The role includes days, nights and weekends in a rotating pattern, with a generous holiday entitlement and access to development opportunities.
