Mental Health Assistant — Daily Pay & School-Based Support

Academics in Redbridge is seeking a Mental Health Assistant to support pupils with emotional wellbeing in a welcoming primary school from September 2026. This full-time, long-term role runs through to July 2027, offering an opportunity to develop in education, psychology or pastoral care.

You will deliver targeted interventions, support students inside and outside the classroom, liaise with teachers and families, and help create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued.
