Lead Pharmacist – VTE & Stroke Care (Independent Prescriber)

The Royal Berkshire is seeking a Band 8A Lead Pharmacist to lead and develop specialist VTE and stroke pharmacy services. You will provide advanced clinical care, participate in clinics and MDT meetings, and drive medicines optimisation across the Trust.

You will act as an independent prescriber, support pathway development, and lead quality improvement, audits and education to enhance patient safety and outcomes across stroke and thrombosis services.
