Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines. Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement. Supporting with individual care packages.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
• Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.

Location & Schedule

Williams Place, Harwell, Didcot. One location. Part‑time – 20 hours per week. Shifts: early shifts 8amto2pm and late shifts 4pmto9:30pm, including alternate weekends. Williams Place is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprising a mix of one‑ and two‑bedroom retirement apartments, exclusive to residents over 70, with outstanding communal facilities, a communal lounge, and an on‑site restaurant.

Pay & Benefits

• £13.70 per hour, with possibility up to £15.00 per hour depending on shifts (enhanced pay for evenings and weekends).
