Field Care Supervisor — Full-Time, Training & Benefits

Altogether Care in the South and Southwest is seeking a compassionate Field Care Supervisor for a full-time role (40 hours per week) with on-call cover when required. We are a family-run care provider established in 1988, with staff development a priority and many managers promoted from within.

You will write and update care plans, coach colleagues, attend care reviews, and provide hands-on care while upholding Altogether Care’s values.
