Recovery-Focused Mental Health Support Worker (Bank)

Active Pathways Ltd. is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our residential and supported living mental health services across Leeds, including Millcroft, Park Place and Fernside House.

You will work flexibly across sites to deliver person-centred care, focusing on recovery, independence and community integration. The role requires experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings and the ability to build rapport with residents and the wider multidisciplinary team.
