Healthcare Assistant – Ward & Community Care (Flexible Shifts)

UHMB in Cumbria is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join Millom Community Hospital on a full-time basis. The role covers ward duties with occasional district support, working 37.5 hours per week across various shifts including early, late, night and weekends.

You will provide compassionate personal care, support the nurse in charge, and work as part of a MDT to maintain high standards and respond to emergencies. Training and support are provided.
