Palliative Care Education Specialist

Bolton Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the education team as a Palliative and End of Life Care Educator for nursing homes in Bolton. The role focuses on delivering and evaluating education and training programmes for staff across a cohort of nursing homes.

You will work with Bolton Hospice, Bolton ICB and local nursing homes to enhance End of Life care provisions, develop learning environments, and participate in audits and ongoing programme development.
