Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating awareness of the role.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Maintain excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Show sound knowledge of the relevant patient group and referral criteria.
• Have post‑registration experience; experience delivering care in the community is desirable.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive for the role.
