Community Development Lead – Break Barriers, Build Bridges

The Blue Door Support Service CIC in Scunthorpe is recruiting a Community Development Worker to drive the Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges programme across North Lincolnshire and travel as needed.

You will lead system-wide improvements so marginalised groups can access safe, appropriate domestic abuse support. The role focuses on building professional confidence, delivering high-quality training, and creating clear pathways into services for those most in need.
