Early Careers Assistant: Recruitment & Trainee Programs

Freshfields is seeking an Early Careers Assistant to support the Trainee Associate Programme. You will assist with campus recruitment, manage university relationships, coordinate interviews, and help run bi-annual trainee inductions.

You will work across recruitment and development, organizing events, creating social media content, and preparing recruitment statistics to attract and develop the firm’s next generation of legal professionals.
