Senior Social Worker – Children in Care | Hybrid & Leadership

Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking a Grade 11 Senior Social Worker for the Children in Care Team based in Winsford and Northwich. This senior role combines advanced social work with supervision, mentoring and operational support to secure the best outcomes for children in care.

You will drive permanence planning, ensure children’s voices are central to assessments and decisions, and model trauma-informed, relational and strengths-based practice.
