Senior Residential Care Leader – Youth Support & Safeguarding

Horizon Care is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to support young people in our homes with daily life activities, hobbies, and social opportunities. You will help them learn new skills, promote their welfare, and work with the team to ensure safe, supportive environments.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff in your area, and manage health and safety processes, including risk assessments, while supporting induction and safeguarding across the home.
